On placing an order on our website, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Your order constitutes an offer to us, from you, to buy a product or products as advertised by us.
All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the order has been dispatched. The contract between you and us is formed when we send you confirmation of your order’s dispatch.
If we decide not to accept your order, we will arrange a full refund of the payment made, by you, when you placed your order.
Prices & Payment
The price paid by you for a product will be the price valid at the time you placed the order.
The cost of packing and delivery (P&P) will be the cost valid at the time of dispatch. If the cost of P&P, at the time of dispatch is different from that which was charged to you at the time of placing your order on our website, you will be notified, by email, of the amended cost and the reason for the amendment.
Dispatch of your order will only proceed on payment of the amended cost. If you do not agree to pay the amended cost, we reserve the right to decline your offer (see “Our Contract with you” above).
Full payment must be made, prior to dispatch of your order, by one of the methods available on the checkout page on our website.
We reserve the right to amend prices without notice.
Orders within the United Kingdom will be shipped via Royal Mail Standard Delivery 3 to 5 days.
Orders to Europe and the Rest of the World will be shipped via Royal Mail Airmail.
All shipping charges are subject to the size and weight restrictions of their respective shipper. If these restrictions are exceeded by the size, or weight, of your order we will contact you, by email, with an amended packing and delivery cost, and the reason for the amendment ( see “Prices & Payment” above).
Representation of Products
While every attempt is made to ensure accurate representation of our products on our website, product colours and shades may vary slightly from the actual product due to different monitor settings and types of hardware used to display our website to you.
Due to the fact that some of our products are crafted using natural materials, some of the shapes and colours may vary slightly from the item shown to represent any particular product on our website.
All measurements are approximate and should be used as a guide only.
We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale without notice.
Please open and check your purchase on receipt and notify us immediately of any damage, or faults.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may, within 7 working days of receipt of your order, return any item in unused, original condition for a full refund.
Any item for which you request a modification, or the inclusion of a personalised message, may not be returned.

If you return an item within the period mentioned above, and in accordance with the terms of our Returns Policy, we guarantee to refund your money, or replace the item, within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
Given the above, we will either, replace the item free of charge, or, refund the price of the item in full.
A refund of the original delivery charges, charged to you, will only be made if you return the entire order.
You will be responsible for returning the item to us in it's original condition and for all postal costs, or other costs incurred, when returning the item.
Some of our products are fragile and whilst every care will be taken to deliver the goods safely, inevitably some breakages may occur. In this event we will, at our discretion, either, replace the damaged item, or, fully refund the cost of the item.
As a consumer, you may, subject to the terms of our Returns Policy set out above, cancel your contract with us at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the product(s). In this case you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the product(s) in accordance with our Refund Policy set out above.
To cancel a contract you must inform us in writing. You must also return the products to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products whilst they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation we may have right of action against you for compensation.
None of the foregoing provisions affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Our host server (EKM Powershop) and payment gateway provider ( Paypal) are both fully secure, and fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard which is the worldwide security standard for any organisations which hold, process, or transmit credit card information.

Absolutely no details about you, or your business with us, will ever be disclosed to anyone else, by us.
